Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how ViralWave, operated by 50-50 Ventures, handles information when you use our website and creator portal.

Information we collect

We collect account identifiers such as email address and, when enabled, phone number; public TikTok profile and post information; regional eligibility signals; campaign joins and submissions; tracked views and earnings; referral and community activity; notification choices; support communications; and basic security or diagnostic logs. We collect payout information needed for PayPal, Wise, or bank payments and encrypt it at rest.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, verify TikTok ownership and supported-region eligibility, operate campaigns, review posts, calculate and reconcile payments, detect manipulation, moderate the community, provide support, send required service notices, and send optional updates you selected.

Providers and sharing

We use service providers including Supabase, Vercel, TikWM, Resend, Twilio, PayPal, Wise, and potentially Google Sheets for limited operational mirrors. We share only what each provider needs. Raw beneficiary and bank details are not copied to Google Sheets. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

International processing

ViralWave serves Southeast Asian creators through a U.S.-operated business. Information may be processed in Singapore, the United States, and other places where our providers operate. We apply access controls and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the information.

Retention

We retain account and campaign records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for payments, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and platform integrity. Public TikTok snapshots and payout records may be retained after a campaign ends. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.

Your choices

You can change optional email topics in Settings. You can ask Support to access, correct, or delete account information, subject to payment, security, and legal retention requirements. You may stop using ViralWave at any time.

Security and age

We use passwordless authentication, row-level access controls, encryption for payout details, and restricted staff roles. No system is perfectly secure. ViralWave is for people age 18 or older and is not intended for children.

Changes and contact

We will post material changes here and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. For privacy requests, use ViralWave Support inside the creator portal.

This production policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before large-scale promotion.
