Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ViralWave, a creator campaign platform operated by 50-50 Ventures. By using ViralWave, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use ViralWave

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and located in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, or Singapore. You must provide accurate account, TikTok, regional, tax, and payout information.

2. Creator accounts

Your account is personal to you. Keep access to your email and WhatsApp number secure. TikTok ownership is verified using a temporary bio code. We may send unclear regional or account results to human review rather than automatically rejecting them.

3. Campaign participation

Each campaign has its own brief, official sound, rate, budget, dates, view floor, and earning caps. Follow the current brief, publish only from your verified account, submit only original posts between 8 and 60 seconds, and do not buy or manipulate views or engagement. Joining a campaign does not guarantee approval, views, or earnings.

4. Music and disclosures

Use only the official campaign sound and other materials authorized in the brief. You are responsible for having permission for any additional footage, music, performances, brands, or third-party material you add. Treat compensated ViralWave posts as paid content: use TikTok's content disclosure setting and make any paid relationship clear in the post as directed by the brief and applicable law.

5. Earnings and payouts

Approved earnings are calculated in USD from verified high-water views at the campaign CPM, subject to the view floor, post and creator caps, and the total campaign pot. A campaign ends at its deadline or when approximately 99.5% of its pot is allocated. Payouts are prepared after final settlement and manually sent through an approved PayPal, Wise, or bank method. Balances below the USD $10 minimum carry forward. Campaign pots are internal budget limits, not escrow accounts or funds held for your benefit. You are responsible for taxes and required payment information in your country.

6. Availability and post retention

Keep approved posts publicly available. Provider errors or ambiguous results are treated as unknown and do not automatically reduce earned balances. We alert staff only after repeated confirmed missing results and do not automatically claw back earnings or punish a creator.

7. Community conduct

Do not harass others, impersonate people, publish unlawful material, expose private information, spam, evade moderation, or interfere with ViralWave. We may hide content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect creators and the platform. You may contact Support for review.

8. Service changes

Third-party services such as TikTok, payment providers, and tracking providers can change or become unavailable. We may pause affected actions, preserve existing balances, and communicate material changes. We may update these Terms prospectively and will request acceptance again when a material revision applies.

These operational terms are a production safeguard and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before large-scale promotion.
